Paula J. Gross, Allied Member A.S.I.D. is the President and principal designer for The IDEA Group. She has assembled, over the course of her career, a "stage crew" of design support professionals and subcontractors who assist her in executing a broad range of design projects.
 

Paula has been a design professional since 1979 and founded The IDEA Group in 1994. She takes pride in offering personalized service and design for single rooms or entire residences, transforming the average home or unique custom structures, new or old, primary residences as well as vacation homes. Her work encompasses residential and commercial projects including: interiors for a post and beam and log construction home, aircraft interiors, Isaac M. Wise Temple, Envoi Design (graphic design firm), 10 Wilmington Place (Assisted Care Facility) and The Tack Room at Rancho Del Rio in Tucson, Arizona

Paula's work has been published locally in The Cincinnati Enquirer, Cincinnati Post, Cincinnati Magazine, Cincinnati Design Quarterly, and Community Publications. National publications include Floorcovering Weekly and American Homestyle Kitchen and Bath Magazine.
