Step One: AUDITION:
We schedule, at your convenience, a complimentary consultation:

As we discuss your upcoming project, we will help you determine how we can most effectively, efficiently and economically meet your needs. This gives you an opportunity to meet us “face-to-face”.

Step Two: CALL BACKS:
Once we have agreed to work together, we need specific input from you:

How do you wish to utilize the space? What you see as the “best or most challenging” features of your project? What are your color and style preferences? Give us a “wish list” of design elements that you want us to consider! We will focus on these as well as your budget and timeline.

Step Three: BEHIND THE SCENES I:
Paying close attention to your input from our initial meetings, we proceed with the design of your interior, in studio. Some of the design skills and services needed for your project might include:

Recommending reconfiguring existing space or creating new space (as needed, we will consult with your architect, contractor or builder), space plan new or existing furnishings, draft scale drawings or elevations, finish materials recommendations and selections, research/consider color scheme options as well as fabric/pattern/textile/furnishing combinations.

Step Four: REHEARSALS:
We meet again with you to present several design options we consider to be best for you:

You provide feedback as to your preferences. We, in turn, recommend adjustments and modifications based on your input, to perfect the final design.

Step Five: BEHIND THE SCENES II:
We finalize any plans and complete proposals.

Step Six: DRESS REHEARSAL:
We meet to present the final design and proceed, with your approval. We never proceed, with any design without your express written consent.

Step Seven: BEHIND THE SCENES III:
We proceed with any approved plans and orders, keeping you advised of production and projected completion dates throughout the process. We administrate and expedite any orders placed through The IDEA Group. We coordinate and communicate with any trades or subcontractors required to complete your project, including any site supervision required.

Step Eight: OPENING NIGHT:
Install the Project and accessorize!!! Any follow up service for items ordered through The IDEA Group is promptly addressed. We will make sure every job is completed professionally. We will attend to your additional needs and requests.
